The international company Royal HaskoningDHV has offered their employees a package of headsets that comply with the strictest requirements. The headsets are compatible with Skype, MS Lync and the current telecom system. Their order environment had to be customised and organised for every individual employee.

Lumidee introduced a customised online environment for Royal HaskoningDHV in which every individual employee was to choose from a previously selected collection of headsets, which would all comply with the company's requirements. It had to be possible to send each headset individually, including direct invoicing to the company.

Each employee can order his/her headset via a digital environment, while being free to choose from a range of products. Then this headset will be sent straight to the employee, while the administrative part is settled directly with Royal HaskoningDHV. This model was applied internationally to be able to provide service to employees in every country.
