Further Expansion in Store for Retailer with Support of 3CX
Our client employs over 600 people with plans for continued and rapid growth. With a national presence, and the need to connect to suppliers across the globe, the company needed a phone system that would enable seamless connection to all stores in the country as well as reduced call rates.
The Challenge
At a rate of 7 new stores per year, our client was expanding rapidly. As a result, they were looking for a phone system that could provide both the flexibility for employees to work efficiently according to their individual needs, and the ability to easily scale as the company’s growth continued. They needed a reliable solution that could provide instant connection to other branches. A modern system that could be bridged with other locations and provide additional UC features was essential to support further growth and modernization of the company.
Although they needed an innovative business phone system that could keep up with their quick expansion, it was also important that collaboration and communication between offices and stores could be improved.
Connecting Branches & Supporting Remote Workers
In working with Lumidee, the company found that 3CX could fulfil all requirements, whilst keeping cost of ownership down. Along with a selection of Yealink IP phones, employees are now using the user-friendly 3CX Web Client, softphones, and smartphone apps. The company is also enjoying Gold Level partner support via Lumidee.
The Results
Our client is extremely happy with 3CX’s ability to enable communications across their rapidly growing, and highly distributed business. The ability for the phone system to support calls across both head office and a growing store network has been vital. Features, such as the capability to support remote working and cross-company conference calls, have been a significant factor in facilitating growth whilst supporting our company culture.
