After a period of steady growth, our client could no longer work and communicate efficiently with their outdated phone system. Numerous audio problems were occurring, and they needed a scalable business communications solution that would allow them to expand more easily and add new extensions according to their needs. Moreover, with employees and collaboration partners spread across the country and with two service centres, our client needed a more modern solution that could connect home workers as well as branches and integrate with the various other platforms the company was using.
Our client's IT systems administrator was tasked with finding an alternative solution that would improve business performance while addressing ongoing management and technical issues. After evaluating several systems, it became clear that 3CX was the best solution for the job.

After our meeting with the client, we’re able to deploy the organization’s new communications system without any disruption. We did this by migrating the old system department by department, without interrupting service. It was decided that an on-premises Linux installation would best suit the company needs, and to the delight of our client, they were able to install 3CX using existing infrastructure.
They created over 200 extensions and implemented 20 SIP trunks to carry everyday demand of the system. With a 64SC Enterprise license, they now have access to advanced contact center features including call queues, reports and more. They are also able to utilize 3CX’s inbuilt failover and standby license for greater peace of mind.
