Business case
The ABN AMRO service centre is continuously in contact with its customers. It obvious that employees can be heard though speaking quietly. Until recently that wasn't always the case. Owing to Sennheiser and Lumidee now this has changed for the better.
The new headsets must be seamlessly integrated within the current system, featuring excellent noise cancelling. Together with ABN AMRO, Lumidee made a selection of suitable headsets, which were tested for performance in the ABN AMRO call centre. After extensive testing the Sennheiser products were selected, which had been rigorously tested by an allocated team of employees. The focus was mainly on performance, durability, comfort and quality.
It was decide that all call centres and advice centres in Nijmegen, Zwolle, Breda, Amsterdam and Rotterdam would be provided with Sennheiser headsets. The background noises are eliminated, enabling the employees to better focus on the conversations with their clients, without loss of reachability or changing the telecom system.
